Talented locals and acts are set to entertain hundreds this Sunday and a Ed Sheeran tribute artist is taking to the main stage on Lowther Street, before officially turning on Haven's 2019 festive lights at 6pm.
Local sensations; Sound Wave, Sing Stars, Committed 2 Rock Choir and Stage Stars are also taking to the stage earlier on in the day.
Across town there will be lots of stalls and vendors, on hand to get you right into that festive feeling, in addition to the usual Taylor's Fun Fair!
Charles Maudling, chairman of the Christmas Festivities Group commented: "We just seem to get bigger and better every year. There's more lights to go up this year which will add to the festive fun."
Charles has also thanked Whitehaven Town Council who fund the Christmas lights and take responsibility for their maintenance.
Mike Starkie and Whitehaven Harbour Commissioners also announced last week that they are offering free parking ALL day in their car parks; Senhouse Street, School House Lane, Sports Centre, Copeland Centre, The Ginns, The Beacon Museum and North Shore.
